Opportunity at a Latin American market-leading company We are seeking a Junior Commercial Analyst with a completed undergraduate degree (preferably in Biology/Biomedicine or related fields) and interest in continuous learning regarding the commercial and operational routines of Mendelics’ Diagnostic Programs team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute operations governing Diagnostic Programs, as previously aligned; * Provide telephone, email, and WhatsApp support; * Proactively receive and contact physicians/patients/customers regarding commercial and operational requests; * Resolve pending issues related to test submissions; * Address technical questions from physicians, customers, and patients, either directly or indirectly; * Manage demands from local or external suppliers/customers; * Support implementation of Diagnostic Projects and Programs developed by Mendelics; * Address customer needs according to internal workflows and alignments; * Prepare internal and external management reports; * Perform billing routines in partnership with the Finance team; * Conduct periodic surveys and reports for internal and external requests. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Agile, proactive, responsible, and organized profile; * Empathetic / humanized communication; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Dedicated team player; * Intermediate Office suite proficiency; * Experience in commercial and/or operational routines within the healthcare sector; * **Desirable**: Knowledge of Human Genetics and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.); * **Differentiators**: Intermediate English proficiency. **Additional Information** Flexible Benefits; Business Hours; Hybrid work model (3 or 4 days per week onsite); Health and Dental Insurance.
