**Company:** Catter Engenharia **Location:** Vila Mariana, São Paulo – SP **Hiring Type: PJ** **Work Model:** 100% In-person **About the Position** We are seeking a professional to develop traffic studies and projects, participating in technical analyses, vehicle flow modeling, and developing solutions focused on mobility, road safety, and highway operational capacity. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop traffic studies for highway projects; * Prepare technical reports and descriptive memoranda; * Conduct capacity and level-of-service analyses for highways and intersections; * Support geometric and operational design of roads; * Interpret volumetric count data and origin-destination (OD) surveys; * Develop traffic simulations and modeling; * Participate in the preparation of executive projects and feasibility studies; * Ensure compliance with DNIT, DERS standards, and technical manuals; **Requirements** * Degree in Civil Engineering or Transportation Engineering; * Experience in highway projects and/or traffic studies; * Knowledge of DNIT standards and geometric design manuals; * Experience with traffic engineering and modeling software; * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D; * Strong analytical ability and capacity to interpret technical data; **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of Synchro, Vissim, Aimsun, or HCS; * Experience with BIM applied to infrastructure; * Experience in projects involving highway duplication, intersections, and highway access points.
