Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Engineering intern to assist with property inspections and online listing management, with an emphasis on communication and teamwork. Candidates must demonstrate **strong interpersonal skills** and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * *W*ill assist with inspections of leased and sold properties, preparing photographic reports detailing property conditions, measurements, installed equipment, furniture, etc.; * Monitor real estate portals and the company website to ensure high-quality listings. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Engineering program (from the 3rd semester onward); * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; * Clear communication and strong writing skills; * Organizational ability and attention to detail. **WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS:** * Internship stipend: R$ 1\.000,00 * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: Parque Monte Libano \- Mogi das Cruzes/SP Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM \- with a 1-hour break Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
