Manage soft services in facilities management, ensuring clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environments, with a focus on user satisfaction and process optimization. Key Competencies and Responsibilities: \- Cleaning and Maintenance Management: Supervise outsourced teams, ensure hygiene standards, and manage inventory of cleaning supplies. \- Customer Service: Address requests related to environmental comfort, space organization, and event support. \- Contract Management: Monitor SLAs of service providers (e.g., cleaning, landscaping). \- Inspections and Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections to verify compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. \- Administrative Support: Prepare reports, control spreadsheets, and internal announcements. Desired Skills: \- Familiarity with facilities management. \- Organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to work under pressure. \- Strong communication skills for interacting with staff, clients, and vendors. Education and Experience: \- Completed high school (technical or bachelor's degree in Administration, Facilities Management, or related fields is preferred). \- Prior experience in facilities management, building administration, or outsourced services.
