The Operational Manager is responsible for the operational management of our units, ensuring sustainable results, anticipating operational risks, and aligning activities with Almai’s strategic goals. This role ensures operational process efficiency, standardization and optimization of resources, as well as service quality. Provide nursing care to patients in various units of the institution, both clinical and surgical. Coordinate emergency and urgent care, ensure individualized patient treatment, and guide nursing technicians and assistants regarding quality and safety in care. Prioritize care for complex patients and contribute to their rapid recovery by implementing the proposed therapeutic plan. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform daily activities with the Nursing Team related to practices aimed at Patient Safety, such as: correct patient identification, barriers against patient risks, among others; * Comply with and enforce daily documentation by the nursing team to ensure continuity of care. Perform the daily “Surgical Safety Checklist”; * Participate promptly, accurately, and efficiently in all emergency and urgent care situations; prepare the emergency trolley, necessary equipment, and mobilize qualified professionals to treat patients at risk of life; * Guide and jointly perform care for complex patients with nursing technicians and assistants to ensure high-quality care and contribute to patients’ rapid recovery; * Possess skills for nursing procedures exclusive to nurses: nasoenteral intubation, external jugular vein puncture, arterial blood collection.
