Job Summary: Assist in Food and Beverage activities, including serving, cleaning, organizing, and preparing sales points, as well as supporting events. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in Food and Beverage activities across various sales points. 2. Maintain organization and hygiene of used materials. 3. Prepare mise-en-place for sales points. * Assist in Food and Beverage department activities, serving beverages, cleaning tables, and transporting orders from the pantry to waitstaff across various sales points (restaurant, bar, room service, events, etc.). * Clean tables and transport orders across various sales points (restaurant, bar, events, etc.). * Maintain organization and hygiene of materials to be used. * Prepare mise\-en\-place for sales points. * Present bills and collect corresponding customer payments, when required. * Assist in buffet restocking. * Assist in setting up and stocking event rooms, as well as providing Food and Beverage services such as coffee breaks, banquets, and cocktail parties, when required. * Enter orders into the system, close bills, and issue respective invoices, when required. * Implement the department’s “Self-Control” processes and procedures; * Apply good safety practices...
