We’d love to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** You will contribute across various daily HR activities, such as: * **Occupational Health:** assist in scheduling admission, periodic, and dismissal medical examinations; * **Training:** support organizing and monitoring training sessions for the production team; * **Documentation:** maintain up-to-date EPI records, ASO forms, and vaccination cards, ensuring compliance with client requirements; * **New Employee Onboarding:** help prepare the first day, assemble welcome kits, and organize physical and digital personnel files; * **Various Administrative Tasks:** create spreadsheets, manage document archives, and assist internal employees and clients. * **General Support:** collaborate on other Gente & Gestão (People & Management) department tasks as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in and attending **High School or Higher Education**; * Aged between **18 and 23 years**; * Basic knowledge of **Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)**; * Strong **communication**, **organizational skills**, and **willingness to learn**; * Interest in developing a career in **Human Resources / Personnel Department**. **Additional Information** * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Meal or Food Allowance; * Transportation Allowance; * Life Insurance; * Birthday Day-Off; * Hybrid work model (3 days/week in the office); * Location: Av.
