




#### **About the Support and Infrastructure Analyst Role** **Support and Infrastructure Analyst** **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Providing on-site technical support to employees, effectively and courteously resolving hardware, software, and network connectivity issues. * Diagnosing and resolving IT issues, including those related to operating systems (Windows, macOS), networks, computer hardware, and peripherals. Developing automation solutions using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Power Automate to optimize tasks and improve operational efficiency (Preferred qualification). * Collaborating with other IT team members to ensure seamless system integration and effective implementation of technological solutions. * Maintaining accurate support ticket records, ensuring all requests are tracked and resolved promptly. * Performing preventive maintenance on computers and peripherals to ensure workplace stability and reliability. * Training end users on cybersecurity best practices and effective technology usage. * Conducting daily checklists for videoconferencing systems installed in meeting rooms. * Receiving and delivering equipment for new employees joining the company. * Engaging and monitoring vendors when required. * Managing the local IT inventory, including computers and mobile phones. **Required Qualifications:** * Proven experience in on-site technical support and IT troubleshooting. * Solid knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems. * Demonstrated ability to automate tasks using Microsoft Office, including Excel and Power Automate (Preferred qualification). * Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical matters clearly and simply to users of varying skill levels. * Relevant certifications in computer technical support and Microsoft Office are advantageous. * A degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred. * Strong work ethic, proactivity, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Work model: On-site in Ourinhos – SP * Duration: 2 months * Employment type: CLT
