




Description: It is highly important that you have and/or know: * Proven solid experience with the JIRA Cloud platform and JIRA Service Desk; * Completed undergraduate degree in fields such as Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines; * Experience in IT infrastructure with a focus on ITSM solutions. Knowledge of: * Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams); * Azure (resource management, networking, backup, and security). Desirable Qualifications: * ITIL v3 / ITIL 4. Experience with: * Development of process and routine customizations on the Atlassian platform; * Hybrid environments (on-premises + cloud); * PowerShell scripting for task automation; * Technical English for reading and understanding documentation. The role’s challenges include: * Managing, administering, and developing workflow solutions using JIRA and JIRA Service Desk; * Implementing, configuring, and maintaining workflow processes for other departments; * Supporting digital transformation initiatives, cloud migration, and hybrid environment modernization; * Preparing technical documentation, license consumption reports, and compliance assessments; * Participating in infrastructure architecture, capacity, and availability planning; * Monitoring environments using tools compatible with the platform; * Providing Level 3 support for incidents related to the Atlassian environment; * Promoting best practices in information security and software compliance. 2512160202201867930
