Failure analysis and optimization of spare parts inventory Technical focal point within your area of expertise, supporting project and maintenance teams in adopting the best strategies to ensure planned deliveries, compliance with scheduled timelines and planned costs, thereby enhancing asset reliability and, consequently, their availability. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the Engineering department in monitoring and controlling projects within your area of expertise, providing regular reports to your direct management. * Responsible for developing task lists for preventive maintenance plans and equipment inspection plans, aiming at full operational functionality, delivering performance and productivity aligned with established targets. * Participate in internal customer service note management meetings, communicating deadlines and resolution methods for identified issues. * Participate in failure analysis committees within your area of expertise, developing investigation steps and action plans aimed at implementing improvements. * Optimize spare parts inventory using historical analyses to determine the optimal replenishment strategy for items. * Develop technical scopes for capital investment (CAPEX) projects as well as for complex routine activities (OPEX), within your area of expertise, aiming to complete demands according to the investment portfolio. * Review technical instructions and procedures within your area of expertise to define the technical execution standards for maintenance/project activities. * Serve as the technical authority within your area of operation to develop suppliers offering engineering solutions that improve performance and reduce costs within the Maintenance Management team. **Requirements and Qualifications** **– Minimum Requirements:** **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering. **– Preferred Requirements:** **Education:** Postgraduate degree in Project Management. **Additional Information** * Unimed Santos Health Insurance; * Bradesco Dental Insurance; * Meal/Voucher Allowance; * Transportation Allowance; * Life Insurance; * Medication Assistance; * Short-Term Variable Compensation – Profit Sharing (PLR); * Private Pension Plan; * Gympass/WellHub.
