Quality management and customer service MOBILE BIOMEDICAL UNIT COORDINATOR I \- SP **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences Active professional registration with the Regional Biomedical Council (CRBM) Experience in laboratories and/or hospitals. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Manage the laboratory’s technical and administrative operations for the unit, as well as team management Implement the defined service level, attributes, and workflow at the service unit 2\. Ensure timely consolidation of specimen batches to be sent to the reference laboratory 3\. Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary 5\. Coordinate the team regarding schedules, collection techniques, and service delivery 6\. Monitor and follow up on any non-conformities and consolidate performance indicators for senior management 7\. Control inventory of supplies to ensure smooth unit operations 8\. Supervise and monitor the outsourced cleaning services for the unit. 9\. Organize and maintain required documentation at the unit for regulatory, inspection, or quality assurance purposes 10\. Release reports in batch mode 11\. Provide coverage during vacations and/or absences at other units in São Paulo and the interior. **Minimum Education:** Bachelor's degree
