Job Summary: A professional to develop, customize, and review medical equipment projects; monitor prototypes; and provide technical support, including on-site visits and bidding analysis. Technical support, on-site visits, and bidding analysis **Responsibilities:** Project Development: Develop and customize standard product line projects—including Autoclaves, Waste Autoclaves, Thermodesinfectors, Surgical Tables, Ultrasonic Washers, Drying Cabinets, and Surgical Focusing Units—to meet commercial department requirements. Prototyping: Monitor project execution to ensure implementation as planned; resolve any issues arising during construction and initial functional testing. Project Review: Review standard products to implement corrections and improvements—such as cost reduction, functionality enhancements, and finish quality improvements. Change Control: Complete Form F6 04\-01 (Change Control), which documents project revisions. Cutting Plan Development: Prepare material utilization studies for sheet metal used across various products, among other tasks. Layout Design: Conduct machine positioning studies based on the client’s physical space constraints. Technical Visits: Perform on-site technical visits to support the Technical Assistance department and clients in resolving potential technical issues. Customer Support: Provide support to various internal departments and end customers. Bidding Support: Conduct commercial technical analyses of bids to verify whether proposed projects meet clients’ functional requirements. Rendering: Generate photorealistic renderings of finished products for use in user manuals, brochures, and websites. Develop and deliver training materials and conduct supplier development activities—for discontinued or unavailable market items, as well as new products. **Required Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in Industrial Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. **Required Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in the described or related activities within an industrial setting. Experience in the medical equipment sector is a plus. **Desired Certifications:** CAD software training (Solid Edge). **Skills and Competencies:** Clear communication.
