If you are passionate about transforming, collaborating, and making a difference, join us in turning the impossible into reality—not merely a perspective for us, but a starting point. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What awaits you in your day-to-day:** * Support implementation of methods and processes, assisting area consultants; * Document projects and support improvements in tools; * Operationalize tools supporting area routines; * Conduct field surveys at construction sites and offices; * Update area Processes routines and indicators (KPIs); * Participate in team-established routines, working across various construction sites and brands. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you:** * Currently enrolled in **Civil Engineering or Production Engineering, from the 7th semester onward**; * Proficiency in computer skills and digital tools; * Basic knowledge of Civil Construction and/or Lean; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Organization, logical reasoning, focus, and attention to detail; * Commitment to deadlines, quality, and deliverables; * Availability to work at different locations, as required by construction site demands. **It’s a plus if you:** * Demonstrate interest in developing within the Processes area and becoming a Lean Construction Multiplier; * Possess foreign language proficiency. **Additional Information** Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM \| Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Location: Av.
