This position will be based at our corporate office in Pinheiros, with frequent travel to units, ensuring close proximity to operations and supporting transformation and efficiency initiatives. * Support the **implementation and execution of corporate and operational projects** * Participate in **process mapping, analysis, and redesign** * Contribute to initiatives on **continuous improvement**, standardization, and operational efficiency * Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and KPIs * Collaborate with partner departments to gather requirements and co-develop solutions * Prepare supporting materials, reports, and status presentations * Support change management and stakeholder communication **Requirements and Qualifications** To transform healthcare, you need: * Prior experience or exposure to **project implementation or active participation in projects** * Knowledge of **process mapping and improvement** * Strong analytical ability, organization, and attention to detail * Effective communication and relationship-building skills across diverse departments * Willingness to travel between units when required * Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Lean) * Experience in process, operations, or internal consulting areas * Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Bizagi, or similar **Additional Information** We care for our people so we can deliver the healthcare people desire and the world needs—check out our benefits: * Nutrition support: Meal Voucher / Food Voucher or On-site Cafeteria (depending on location); * Health support: Health Insurance and Life Insurance; * Development support: Dasa University, Development and Career Cycle, Technology/PMAX Academies, and the Crescer Program within Dasa; * Others: Transportation Voucher and Performance Bonus (PPR).
