Join us and become part of our story! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Position Objective** Support the IT department in handling low-complexity service requests, providing user support, and performing basic equipment maintenance, thereby contributing to the organization and continuity of internal operations. **Main Activities** * Handling simple technical support requests (on-site and remote) * Basic installation and configuration of desktops and laptops * Support for operating systems (Windows) * Assistance with software installation and updates * Equipment organization and basic inventory control * Support for printers and peripherals * Administrative support for IT department routines **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in a Technical, Technologist, or Bachelor’s degree program in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields * Basic knowledge of hardware and software * Familiarity with networking concepts (preferred) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Organizational skills * Proactivity * Strong communication skills * Willingness to learn * Responsibility in following established processes **Additional Information** Transportation allowance Meal allowance: R$30.00 per business day Dental plan We invite you to join a dynamic and talented team where you can develop your skills and advance professionally.
