Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to join the VR team, focusing on calculating and analyzing taxes, supporting teams, and maintaining tax controls. Key Highlights: 1. Provide tax support to internal and external teams **Senior Tax Analyst** **Summary:** We are looking for a Senior Tax Analyst to join our VR team. If you are passionate about people and committed to impacting the lives of millions of workers, supporting and guiding day-to-day solutions, join us! **Responsibilities:** Calculate, analyze, and maintain controls for direct and indirect tax payments related to service provision (IRPJ, CSLL, PIS, COFINS, ISS, and others); * Knowledge of, preparation of, reconciliation of, and control over SPED obligations (primarily EFD\-Contribuições, EFD\-REINF, and ECF), PER/DCOMP, and DIMP; * Tax withholdings and receipt of tax documents; * Control of tax credits with source documentation support; * Tax support for the accounting team, billing department, and other internal and external stakeholders; * * Maintain tax control by checking pending items and regularizing them with competent authorities, keeping fiscal regularity certificates updated **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences (completed); * * Specialized courses in Taxation **Experience:** * Prior proven experience in Taxation is required. **Technical Competencies:** * Familiarity with Easyway, Autbank, and Peoplesoft ERP systems; Advanced Excel; * Up-to-date tax legislation (municipal, federal, and state); * Taxes under Real Profit and Presumed Profit regimes; * * File structure of EFD\-REINF and EFD\-Contribuições. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Primarily **organized;** Good interpersonal skills; * Strong communication skills to provide tax assistance to area employees and partner companies; * Resilient (especially when handling problems and adapting to changes); * * Work ethically. **Other Requirements:** * Hybrid work arrangement required (in-office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) at VR’s Vila Olímpia/SP office. **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance * Food Allowance * Evolui Program \- Partnership with Unico Skill * Culture Allowance * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Life Insurance * Pharmacy Partnership * Profit Sharing Program * Monthly Remote Work Allowance * Total Pass and/or Wellhub * Zenklub Partnership * Childcare/Babysitter Allowance * Paid Leaves **At VR, we value diversity and inclusion.
