**Job Description**
We are seeking a Field Analyst to develop best practices and strengthen our operations team, directly contributing to our mission of generating positive planetary impact.
**Responsibilities:**
* Support activities related to installation (hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical) and assembly, testing, commissioning, and startup of onshore systems;
* Perform basic operation and maintenance of general water treatment systems;
* Conduct water analyses and/or sample collection, preparation, identification, and dispatch to the laboratory for analysis;
* Carry out site administrative tasks: material requisitions, operational reports (internal and for clients), and periodic expense reporting;
* Complete all field documentation—including RDOs, reports, forms, and check\-lists—using remote monitoring tools or other means, ensuring proper records for internal control and client presentation;
* Ensure availability of well-maintained, properly inventoried maintenance resources on-site;
* Perform inventory and scheduling of chemical and other consumable orders (e.g., cartridge filters);
* Inspect and identify operational, maintenance, and other issues; provide first response and facilitate support response time for issue resolution;
* Perform basic preventive and corrective maintenance;
* Execute operational maneuver strategies and procedures to ensure proper functioning of treatment units and achievement of performance parameters;
* Calibrate instruments/paintings per company procedure and submit for incident/maintenance as required;
* Serve as the primary point of communication with the client and interface with internal support departments;
* Continuously identify operational improvement opportunities and potential risks, promptly communicating them to management;
* Comply with client and corporate policies, including EHS and Compliance;
* Maintain organization of the work area and adherence to 5S principles;
* Execute hazardous energy isolation procedures;
* Prepare chemical solutions and dosages, if required;
* Monitor analytical parameters required for operation, if required;
* Support development and management of the critical spare parts list for operational reliability;
* Perform energy isolation (electrical, potential, thermal, etc.) on equipment/systems scheduled for maintenance.
**Qualifications**
* Technical, Technologist, or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields;
* Experience reading technical documents such as schematics, diagrams, and P\&IDs;
* Experience in industrial automation (principles and elements of logic and control), mechanics, hydraulics, and electricity;
* Knowledge of conventional and membrane-based water treatment is desirable;
* Knowledge of operation and/or maintenance of water treatment systems or related systems is desirable, preferably conventional filtration, RO, UF, EDI, MBR, and others;
* Basic knowledge of water chemical analysis and interpretation of results;
* Familiarity with Google Workspace is desirable;
* Willingness to travel nationwide;
* Valid Brazilian driver’s license (CNH B) and driving skills;
* Must reside in São Paulo or nearby areas.
