We are looking for a Junior Visual Designer with a keen eye, strong willingness to learn, and execution agility to join our Design team. Your role will focus primarily on producing digital assets for marketing emails and social media, ensuring high-quality deliverables in a dynamic and collaborative environment. We seek someone with solid foundational design knowledge, who can quickly interpret briefs, openly receive feedback, and be eager to grow alongside the team. This is an opportunity for those just starting their careers but ready to get hands-on from day one and rapidly evolve within a team that values consistency, creativity, and speed. ***Join Pagaleve’s Marketing Team!*** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Create digital communication assets such as marketing emails, social media posts, and campaign support materials (banners, presentations, etc.); * Execute tasks swiftly while maintaining quality and attention to detail; * Interpret briefs clearly, raising questions when necessary; * Apply foundational knowledge of Gestalt theory, typography, color, and layout in deliverables; * Receive, understand, and apply feedback constructively; * Collaborate with other designers and stakeholders across marketing and product teams to ensure visual communication consistency; * Support the application and maintenance of the brand’s visual guidelines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing degree in Graphic Design, Advertising & Public Relations, or related fields; * Portfolio featuring graphic design pieces (even academic or personal projects); * Basic proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma; * Foundational understanding of typography, color, visual hierarchy, and design principles; * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks; * Curiosity and eagerness to learn from more experienced designers; * Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset; * Must reside in São Paulo or nearby areas. **Nice-to-Haves** * Prior experience creating assets for social media or marketing emails; * Basic knowledge of motion design or video editing tools; * Interest in design applied to the financial sector and startups; * Familiarity with CRM tools and HTML **Additional Information** * CLT employment contract; * Competitive compensation; * For your well-being and that of your family, we offer health insurance covering 100% of the employee and 75% for the first dependent; * Dental insurance; * Monthly discount voucher for stores accepting Pix Parcelado; * Birthday day off; * Meal/food allowance (Ifood Benefits card); * Flexible work model — we operate in a hybrid setup and maintain an office space for those who prefer working onsite part-time.
