Job Summary: Act as the liaison between customers and production, providing customer service and conducting technical verification of cliché orders, as well as initiating service orders. Prior experience in cliché manufacturing and flexography preferred **Technical Receptionist (Flexography)** **Objective:** Act as the liaison between the customer and production, providing customer service and conducting technical verification of cliché orders, as well as initiating service orders. **Main Responsibilities:** * Consultative customer service and order reception; * Technical verification of files and service orders (screen ruling, plate thickness, distortion, and repeat length); * Data entry into the system and deadline tracking (follow\-up); * Organization of material dispatch and shipping. **Desired Profile:** * Prior experience in cliché manufacturing and flexography; * Basic knowledge of pre\-press and printing processes; * Organized, communicative, and detail\-oriented with attention to technical specifications; * Technical education in Graphic Arts is desirable.
