To join our team, the following are essential: * Reside in São Paulo; * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in architecture and development of digital solutions, with knowledge of modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue), mobile platforms (Flutter, Swift, Kotlin), and APIs (REST, GraphQL); * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); * Strategic vision in technology, with analytical capability to identify trends and propose scalable and innovative solutions; * Interpersonal skills such as clear communication, initiative, curiosity, ability to influence, and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams; * English and/or Spanish (intermediate/advanced); Preferred qualifications: * Practical experience with Mobile, Cloud, and Artificial Intelligence technology projects; * Experience designing and implementing scalable cloud-based architectures; * Ability to serve as a bridge between technology and business, translating technical challenges into high-impact solutions; What you’ll do daily: * Act as a technical reference within the Digital Center of Excellence (CoE Digital), promoting collaboration between technology areas and digital hubs; * Provide strategic and technological support, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning; * Lead executive forums, ensuring alignment of deliverables with strategic objectives; * Conduct benchmarks, performance analyses, and technical validations, ensuring quality, security, and efficiency of digital solutions; * Support digital hubs in defining technology roadmaps and best practices in architecture and development; * Communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences—from technical teams to executive levels; 2512170202551680027
