




Description: WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU? * High school diploma with a technical course in electrical engineering, electronics, electromechanics, electroelectronics, mechanics, or related fields * Registration with the Federal Council of Technology (CFT) * Solid knowledge of: Electrical energy safety standards and procedures; Primary substation equipment; Protection, control, automation, and telecommunications systems; Specialized equipment (synchronous machines, FACTS); Maintenance routines; Microsoft Office suite; ERP system (SAP); and power systems WHAT CREATES A CONNECTION WITH US! * Problem-solving profiles * Valuing teamwork * Knowledge sharing * Belief that sustainability can help the world * Digital transformation and innovation capability * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on primary equipment, protection, automation, and control systems, and propose actions aimed at reducing operational costs and alternatives to develop problem-solving solutions for process improvements * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities on command, control, protection, telecommunications systems, and reading/interpretation of functional diagrams and drawings * Operate installations under your responsibility locally whenever necessary * Support inspection, diagnosis, and analysis of equipment conditions within installations by conducting periodic inspections * Contribute to planning and scheduling maintenance services, issuing intervention requests, and controlling scheduled and executed maintenance services through the current management system—creating, managing, monitoring, and closing maintenance work orders * Know, disseminate, and apply applicable company technical, environmental, and occupational health and safety procedures and standards * Support activities related to implementation of reinforcement and improvement projects, as well as commissioning of new installations and equipment * Analyze emergency and preventive events and propose maintenance solutions and adjustments to the plan to mitigate risks of recurrence * Provide pre-established work shift schedules and/or vacation schedules defined by Coordination, ensuring continuity of operations and maintenance activities * Substitute for Asset Reliability Technicians during absences due to leave, vacations, training, or other necessary situations * Comply with regulations, policies, instructions, and internal and external regulatory requirements; participate in and receive guidance on anti-corruption, anti-bribery, and compliance topics; adhere to occupational health, hygiene, and safety standards; comply with quality management and environmental preservation systems; and use PPE/PCE (Personal Protective Equipment/Collective Protective Equipment) when required by the activity. Monitor area performance indicators; analyze reports from areas under your responsibility; assess performance indicators and objective vs. achieved results; implement corrective actions; review strategies; and, if necessary, redirect work processes * Drive vehicles when necessary, provided you hold valid authorization and licensing—a mandatory condition for carrying out duties associated with this position—as well as perform other duties inherent to the role or assigned at the discretion of your immediate supervisor, provided you are qualified and such duties align with your knowledge and experience 2512040202181901126
