




Job Summary: We are seeking a Cloud Support Technical Coordinator to lead the team, ensure the availability and stability of cloud environments—with a focus on AWS and Azure—while adhering to ITIL and ITSM best practices. We are looking for a **Cloud Support Technical Coordinator** to serve as the technical reference and operational leader for the team responsible for cloud environments. This professional will play a pivotal role in **ensuring the availability, stability, and evolution of Cloud environments**, coordinating support operations and guaranteeing compliance with **SLAs and operational KPIs**. The role will focus primarily on **AWS**, with additional involvement in **Azure**, within a critical and high-availability environment, following **ITIL and ITSM best practices**. **Roles and Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the N1, N2, and N3 support teams in mission-critical environments * Ensure compliance with **SLAs and operational KPIs** * Lead **incident, problem, and change management**, following **ITIL practices** * Serve as **technical escalation point** for critical situations in **AWS and Azure** environments * Define and maintain **runbooks, operational procedures, and playbooks** * Conduct **root cause analyses (RCA)** and continuous improvement plans * Participate in **Change Advisory Boards (CAB)** and release approval processes * Implement improvements in **monitoring, observability, and alert management** * Mentor and develop team members * Report **operational metrics and environment status** to leadership and stakeholders **Essential Qualifications:** * Solid experience with **AWS** (EC2, VPC, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, Lambda) * Knowledge of **Azure** (Virtual Machines, Azure Monitor, Azure AD, Resource Groups) * Experience with **Cloud architecture** (high availability, disaster recovery, scalability) * Hands-on experience with **ITIL v4 and ITSM practices** * Experience managing technical teams in critical environments * Knowledge of **monitoring, observability, and alert management** * Strong communication skills with **technical teams and stakeholders** * Technical English for reading and writing **Desirable Qualifications:** * **AWS certification** (Solutions Architect, SysOps, or DevOps Engineer) * **Azure certification** (AZ\-900, AZ\-104, or AZ\-305\) * **ITIL 4 Foundation** or higher certification * Experience with **GCP** * Knowledge of **containers** (Kubernetes, EKS, AKS, or ECS) * Experience with **CI/CD and DevOps / SRE culture** * Experience with observability tools such as **Datadog, Grafana, or Zabbix** Our mission is to help companies unlock the full potential of Data and Digital to enhance performance, drive transformation, and generate new levers for growth and competitiveness.
