The Senior Developer collaborates closely with other teams to align technical activities with the organization’s strategic goals, identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Strategy \& Planning:** The Senior Developer actively participates in the strategic planning of development projects, contributing to architecture definition and technology selection, ensuring alignment with company goals. Leads code review sessions and provides constructive feedback to other developers. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure technical and business requirements are met. Solves complex problems and implements effective solutions; performs software testing and ensures quality through unit and integration tests. Required: * Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. * Proven experience in software development, with focus on system architecture and design. * Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., SQL, Java, C\#, Python, JavaScript) and frameworks. * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools. * Strong understanding of software security and best practices. * Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
