**We are looking for someone who dares to co-lead with us.** **Responsibilities and duties:** * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch new features; * Develop and lead technical refinements of requirements brought by the product team; * Maintain codebase health and quality, balancing new feature development with resolution of technical debt; * Develop scalable solutions used by millions of users; * Critically assess Monitoring and Observability; * Provide technical support to the development team and assist in their development; * Author technical documentation for new features; * Participate in ceremonies alongside other team members. * Lead requirement clarification meetings. **Requirements and qualifications:** * Experience developing applications/front-end with React Native and React; * Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript; * Experience with Next.js, React Hooks, Styled Components, Axios; * Experience with Microfrontend (MFE) architecture; * Experience with NodeJS + NestJS; * Experience with Databases (SQL and NoSQL); * Oracle * MongoDB * RDS * AWS * Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ and SQS); * Experience, understanding, and knowledge of microservices architecture; * Experience designing REST APIs; * Experience with Unit Testing (JUnit 5) and Contract Testing (Pact); - Experience with Axway - API Gateway; * Experience with Git and source code versioning; * Experience with Dynatrace; * Knowledge of Clean Code, Clean Architecture, and Modularization; * Best practices in coding, documentation, and development of screens and components; * Experience with Agile methodologies; * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; * Willingness to pursue new knowledge and embrace new challenges; * Minimum 3 years’ experience in highly complex technical projects and processes. **Desirable:** **Additional information:** * For your health, we offer **medical and dental assistance** with no co-payment for exams and consultations. * Want more well-being?
