Involves data collection and reading, requiring numerical aptitude. **Responsibilities:** * Document organization and control, updating files and registrations. * Typing, reviewing, and issuing documents and e\-mails. * Preparing and completing internal control/budget/accountability spreadsheets. * Data collection and reading. * Payables, receivables, and receivables module control. * Electronic time tracking control. * Other duties related to the position/company needs. **Requirements:** * Numerical and calculation aptitude, as data collection and reading will be performed. * Completed high school education. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of administrative/office routines. **Salary:** R$ 2\.300,00 **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance: R$ 649.00 per month; * Transportation Allowance (no 6% deduction). * Employment Type: CLT with standard benefits. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00. **Work Location:** Near Santa Cruz Shopping Center.
