At Swissport, we are guided by our core values of Showing You Care, Doing the Right Thing, and Winning as a Team, and we are currently seeking dedicated individuals who align with these values to join our teams across various locations worldwide. **Job Summary** Perform conveyor belt operations, maintaining control, quality, and safety in alignment with departmental procedures;**Your Responsibilities*** Ensure safety, quality, and maintenance of the area; * Conduct baggage screening, sorting, and control; * Prepare, verify, and monitor baggage tags (e.g., DT14\); * Monitor checked baggage from airlines showing damage or lacking signed LRs; * Identify and collect F.O.s on dollies; * Unload wheelchairs or baby strollers and place them at designated locations; * Package baggage according to recommendations for special situations (fragile, dangerous, live animals, perishable goods); * Perform baggage handling services in terminals and on the ramp (e.g., palletization, container loading); * Report equipment issues immediately to supervisors; * Act in accordance with applicable laws, SOPs, and Swissport policies; * Proceed and safeguard so that facilities and/or services provided are not used for acts of unlawful interference against civil aviation; * Immediately report all incidents, near misses, accidents, and personal injuries to your immediate supervisor or Swissport’s Safety Department; **Your Profile*** Communication skills * Teamwork * Ability to work under adverse weather conditions * Flexibility to work different shifts **What We Offer*** Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher * Dental Care Plan * Life Insurance * Educational Partnership At Swissport, we believe in diversity, equal opportunity, and the power of our values to drive our success.
