Summary: Infosys Brazil is seeking a Technical Consultant to implement functional solutions, engage with clients, and support the entire project lifecycle. Highlights: 1. Work closely with the squad team to identify business solutions. **Infosys Brazil** is looking for professionals with a **Technical Consultant** profile to join our team. **Required qualifications:** * Minimum 5 years of experience in Systems Analysis. * Strong knowledge of business analysis techniques (use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, process modeling). * Proven experience in client interaction, requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation. * Solid understanding of programming logic and software development, including script and procedure analysis. * Experience with data modeling and analysis, and ability to evaluate information from multiple sources. * Knowledge of solution architecture and system integrations. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience in financial services or professional services environments. * Understanding of credit origination processes. * Familiarity with Fintech products and credit bureau systems. **Main activities and responsibilities:** * Implement functional solutions of medium and high complexity throughout the entire project lifecycle (requirements analysis, solution design, functional development, testing/certification, deployment, and support). * Engage with clients to understand and document requirements clearly, ensuring alignment with business needs. * Configure and implement Serasa Experian solutions based on functional requirements. * Detail complex requirements through collaboration with clients, development teams, and other stakeholders. * Document and configure credit policies, perform data analysis from multiple sources, and create functional data mappings and models. * Develop scripts and contribute to technical configurations as needed. * Work closely with the squad team to identify business solutions through continuous interaction and knowledge sharing. * Investigate and resolve defects during the project, ensuring functional requirements are met with quality. * Optimize delivery by leveraging reusable components and avoiding rework. * Provide accurate and timely updates on task status and progress against the work plan. **Informações adicionais:** **Tipo de trabalho:** CLT, Horários flexíveis. **Pacote de benefícios:** Vale Transporte, Vale Refeição, Auxílio Creche, Seguro de Vida, Auxílio Funerário, Convênio Médico e Odontológico. **Carreira:** Atuação Global em clientes e/ou projetos nacionais e internacionais, possibilidade de movimentação de carreira internacional.
