If you seek continuous learning, enjoy working in a team, and wish to grow in the field of Information Security, join our team! **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * **Access Management**: granting, revoking, and conducting quarterly reviews of internal users’ access rights, through incident ticket handling and generation/storage of evidence; * **Audits**: participating in audits of access management controls for issuance of the ISAE 3402 certification report and audits of controls (documentation and procedures) related to ISO 27001 certification; * **Security Monitoring**: performing continuous monitoring of information security tools and responding to related tickets/alerts; * **Vulnerability Analysis**: analyzing reports and/or executing actions in tools for technical vulnerability monitoring, as well as supporting remediation processes alongside technical teams; * **Threat Intelligence**: analyzing reports and/or executing actions in tools that support threat intelligence, as well as supporting remediation processes alongside technical teams; * **Compliance and Policies**: assisting in the analysis and guidance on information security policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations (e.g., LGPD) and industry best practices; * **Documentation and Reporting**: maintaining up-to-date, detailed documentation of routines and procedures, and preparing reports and metrics on security activities; * **Awareness and Training**: supporting awareness initiatives and training sessions for employees. **What we’re looking for:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields (in progress or completed); * Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Knowledge of SQL commands; * Courses in Information Security and the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Basic English (reading and writing); * **Basic knowledge**: networks (TCP/IP), operating systems (Linux/Windows), cloud environments (Oracle), and security tools (SIEM, antivirus, firewall); * **Behavioral skills**: planning and organization, commitment, critical thinking, discretion, integrity and ethics, strong communication (verbal and written), and teamwork. **What we offer:** * Competitive salary. * Benefits including health and dental plans, life insurance, meal or food allowance, and transportation allowance; * Home office stipend and childcare assistance; * Gym membership programs – Gympass and Totalpass; * Employee tenure recognition program; * Quality of Life program; * ZenKlub platform for your well-being; * Collaborative work environment and development opportunities; * Hybrid work model; We look forward to meeting you!
