**Description:** We are seeking a Backend Analyst II focused on autonomy and technical quality. You will be responsible for building scalable solutions, ensuring code integrity through testing, and supporting the technical growth of less experienced developers, directly working on highly complex products such as Payroll and Budget Planning systems. Responsibilities and Duties **Technical Development:** Independently develop medium- and high-complexity features using best coding practices and design patterns. **Architecture:** Understand and work with backend architecture, ensuring proper integration among components and the overall health of the software ecosystem. **Quality and Testing:** Create and maintain automated tests (unit and integration) to ensure deliverables behave as expected. **Documentation and Versioning:** Keep technical documentation up to date and manage version control following the team’s Git workflow. **Collaboration:** Actively participate in agile ceremonies, software design discussions, and business solution definition with the team. **Mentoring:** Guide less experienced developers, assist in resolving technical questions, and promote best practices. **Requirements Analysis:** Refine technical and functional requirements jointly with business areas and clients. Requirements and Qualifications **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. **Languages:** Intermediate/advanced proficiency in (C# / .NET / .NET Core). **Web Services:** Experience creating and consuming RESTful APIs. **Testing:** Solid knowledge of Unit Testing. **Databases:** Experience with NoSQL databases. **Methodologies:** Practical experience with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban). 2512210202551931064
