Description

Position: PLUMBER POSITION MISSION Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic systems, routine inspections of hydraulic pumps and restrooms to ensure their proper operation, identify and carry out repairs on roofs, organize the workshop, and maintain tools and PPE. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES \- What and How? Perform MIG, TIG, conventional, oxyacetylene, and tin welding; Maintain drains, sinks, traps, toilets, and urinals; Maintain PVC, carbon steel, cast iron, and copper piping (SPK, fire hydrant, potable water, and gas); Maintain and replace gate, globe, ball, and general-purpose valves; Perform basic painting tasks in general, including latex, water-based, enamel, and epoxy paints; Carry out and assist with civil repairs on masonry walls, grouting of toilets and claddings, ceilings, and drywall; Ensure cleanliness of premises and accessories, and manage material inventory after task completion; Use electric and manual tools (drills, sanders, saws, and general hand tools).
