Mini Crane Operator

Description

We are seeking a Mini Crane Operator to perform routine tasks in the field, contributing to process organization and strengthening the company's engineering practices. **Key responsibilities:** \- Responsible for operating mini cranes on vertical construction sites, ensuring safe, efficient, and continuous material transport between floors, as per the site's operational plan; \- Perform lifting and movement of loads such as pallets of blocks, mortar, reinforcement bars, formwork, and other materials, ensuring operational precision and risk prevention; \- Conduct daily equipment inspections, checking operational conditions, cables, hooks, brakes, safety devices, and anchoring systems, immediately reporting any irregularities; \- Ensure proper loading, securing, and stability of cargo before and during movement; \- Operate the mini crane according to signaling and communication with support teams, maintaining constant alignment for operational safety and efficiency; \- Manage material flow between floors, contributing to site organization and adherence to the construction schedule; \- Avoid overloading and improper equipment use, respecting operational limits and best practices; \- Maintain the mini crane and its accessories in good condition, clean and fully functional; \- Comply with occupational safety regulations and applicable guidelines (NRs), promoting a safe working environment; \- Collaborate closely with production teams (structural, masonry, and finishing) to support productivity across work fronts. **Requirements** \- Strong sense of responsibility regarding safety; \- Discipline in following procedures; \- Teamwork with production crews; \- Commitment to deadlines and productivity; \- Workplace organization; \- Professional conduct and respect for regulations. **Salary: To be negotiated.** Benefits: Meal Allowance (VA) \+ Transportation Allowance \+ Totalpass Interested candidates should send their resumes to: **rh@bsvincorporadora.com.br**, with the subject line **"CV – Mini Crane Operator".** Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Minimum 6 months (Mandatory) Work location: On-site
