Symplicity Brasil is seeking a Product Owner developer to maximize the value of our product with the development team, without compromising the conceptual integrity of new features, bugs, or product improvements under development, while continuously refining the backlog. With upcoming collaboration with the U.S. team, this professional will participate in our English development program alongside the team, led by a full-time instructor. ### **What do you need to join our team?** * + Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; + Experience in gathering, specifying, and modeling software project requirements; + Prior experience working on product development teams in an Agile environment; + Knowledge of web development technologies; + Experience across all stages of the software product development lifecycle; + Knowledge of product metrics; + Advanced/Fluent English. ### **What would be a plus?** * + Relevant non-academic experience in web development; + Specialization in Systems Analysis; + Project management knowledge; + Customer Experience Management knowledge. ### **What will your day-to-day look like?** * + Support development teams using Agile methodology through Sprint organization and planning; + Collaborate with the team to ensure understanding of business needs and the value to be delivered to customers; + Align solutions and perform formal requirement validation, as well as negotiate and adjust scope with stakeholders and customers; + Contribute to the creation and maintenance of software product documentation and its processes; + Review and update technical specifications according to changes and alternatives proposed by the development team; + Assess impacts related to scope/functionality changes and product usability; + Manage, refine, prioritize, and plan the Product Roadmap and Backlog; + Identify opportunities for improvements or new features through analysis and research; + Conduct assisted operations for implementations, performing testing and system acceptance (UAT) together with customers; + Develop QA strategies and DevOps practices jointly with development teams, among others.
