Job Summary: The Process Assistant will support the structuring, implementation, and monitoring of digital processes with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement, using the ARBOR platform. Key Highlights: 1. Direct engagement with the ARBOR platform in digital processes 2. Support in digitizing and automating business processes 3. Contribution to the efficiency and evolution of solutions The **Process Assistant** will work directly with **ARBOR**, supporting the structuring, implementation, and monitoring of clients' digital processes. Responsibilities include supporting workflow organization, data analysis, and continuous improvement, contributing to the efficiency and evolution of solutions delivered by Quasar. * Support the **modeling, organization, and updating of process workflows** within the ARBOR platform; * Assist in the **digitization and automation of business processes**, ensuring compliance with defined rules and objectives; * Configure and monitor process workflows autonomously, without requiring direct intervention from Quasar, as if deploying new real-time versions; * Support the **implementation of business workflows with specific characteristics**, in an objective and efficient manner; * Organize, record, and track **documents, routines, and transactions** within the system; * Assist in generating **quantitative and analytical reports**, supporting operational and strategic decision-making; * Conduct basic analyses of process data and metrics; * Support the team in **identifying continuous improvements** in processes and platform usability; * Provide internal support and, when necessary, initial customer support for ARBOR usage.
