Systemic view of operations **JOB SUMMARY** Responsible for structuring, organizing, and optimizing PCM processes, directly contributing to operational productivity by ensuring improvements in asset productivity, reliability, cost, and quality across operational areas through strategic maintenance planning, project and improvement coordination, initial control, critical shutdowns, materials and components management, maintenance management system, critical asset management, advanced maintenance processes, and automation projects—aiming to support production continuity and availability. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **Strategic Planning:** Develop and monitor the strategic maintenance plan, ensuring its deployment across departments. **Maintenance Management:** Coordinate planning and scheduling of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. **KPI Monitoring:** Track KPIs such as Physical Availability, MTBF, MTTR, and preventive plan compliance. **Failure Analysis and Reliability:** Conduct failure analyses, propose improvements, and support reliability initiatives. **Resource Management:** Ensure appropriate availability and sizing of components/equipment, and control costs (CAPEX and OPEX). **Interface and Coordination:** Collaborate with maintenance, procurement, warehousing, HR, and third-party service providers. **People Management:** Develop teams, identify successors, manage staffing levels, and foster a healthy organizational climate. **Safety and Compliance:** Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, quality, and ethics standards. **Continuous Improvement:** Identify opportunities to enhance maintenance management processes and systems. **Contract Oversight and Contract Management:** Ensure quality of contracted services and contract compliance. **Budget Control:** Prepare and monitor budget execution for the area. **Projects and Training:** Review technical projects, deliver training sessions, and provide feasibility assessments. **Required Technical Competencies:** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Mining Engineering or related fields. + Proven experience in PCM within mining or mineral processing plants (gold preferred). + Knowledge of industrial equipment such as mills, pumps, crushers, conveyor belts, cyclones, filters, thickeners, etc. + Experience with maintenance management systems (SAP, IFS, Totvs, Mantris, Piramid or equivalents). + Knowledge of failure analysis (RCA, Ishikawa, 5 Whys) and reliability engineering. + Experience in weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance planning. + Intermediate/advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability. + Experience in greenfield PCM projects. + Familiarity with vibration analysis, lubrication, or predictive analytics tools. + Experience with TPM, RCM, or Lean methodologies applied to maintenance. + Driver’s license category B **Required Behavioral Competencies:** * Values safety and risk management behavior; * Leadership and people development * Analytical capability and decision-making skills * Operational organization and discipline * Strong communication and conflict management skills * Results orientation * Systemic view of operations Willingness to relocate and reside in Currais Novos/RN.
