Inventory control of ingredients Ice cream shop seeks a Baker professional in Lorena (Center). **Responsibilities:** Prepare and produce ice creams and desserts according to the ice cream shop's recipes and standards. Create new ice cream and dessert flavors and combinations. Maintain hygiene and organization of the work area, complying with food safety regulations. Control inventory of ingredients and materials required for ice cream and dessert production. Serve customers by explaining available products and assisting them in selecting flavors.
