Job Summary:
An industrial maintenance professional responsible for preventive and corrective electrical and mechanical maintenance activities, ensuring equipment availability.

**Maintain production equipment availability by keeping them clean and lubricated through routine maintenance.**
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Perform preventive and corrective industrial maintenance activities in the electrical and mechanical fields;
Carry out scheduled tasks;
Justify non-execution of scheduled tasks on the back of the scheduling sheet;
Reduce equipment failures, thereby increasing the mean time between failures (MTBF);
Provide feedback to support planning, optimizing scheduling and execution times;
Reduce the mean time to repair (MTTR) on production lines through active presence on the line, use of forward workstations, and communication radios;
Perform routine emergency response maintenance;
Analyze and report anomalies via work orders;
Read and interpret residential and industrial electrical diagrams;
Read, interpret, and install industrial electrical control systems;
Perform installation and maintenance work for residential and industrial facilities;
Install and maintain electromechanical industrial machinery;
Machine parts.
Interpret technical drawings of parts.
* Assemble machines, equipment, and installations.
* Perform maintenance on machines, equipment, and installations.
* Interpret machine assembly schematics.
* Lubricate equipment according to the preventive maintenance plan.
* Perform welding services on equipment or installations.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Completed high school education.
* Completed high school education;
* Knowledge of heavy mobile equipment maintenance;
* Knowledge of manufacturing, mold replacement, and rolling circuits;
* Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices);
* Experience in industrial mechanics (preferred);
* Knowledge of machining (preferred);
* Completion of a milling machine operator course is desirable;
* Completion of a forklift operator course is desirable.
