We are looking for a **COMMERCIAL AND MARKETING ASSISTANT** to join our dynamic team and contribute to our company's growth. **Responsibilities and duties** * Ensure sales at the Unit(s), with the purpose of delivering area results. * Apply sales techniques (SPIN Selling, sense of urgency and scarcity). * Excellent communication skills/public speaking ability. * Contact candidates in the correct order within the sales funnel (Power BI)\|. * Manage high-potential client portfolios / Maintain active and inactive client portfolios. * Achieve productivity targets (weekly/monthly) and ensure sales quality. * Structure Intranet (content/layout) for Inside Sales. * Thoroughly understand the product, offers, and regressive discount policy. * Stay updated on competitors' strategies. * Identify improvement opportunities whenever they arise. * Create planning and ensure effectiveness of in-person visits and external actions (partnerships). * Establish solid commercial partnerships, consulting, and networking, focusing on agreements with local companies, schools, public agencies, and associations. * Develop strategies for the entire sales funnel, ensuring better tactics, commercial proposals, and execution approaches to achieve conversion. * Act as a "hunter" in acquiring new customers. * Participate/present in periodic performance meetings. * Perform frequent travel. * Have complete flexibility in work hours. **Requirements and qualifications** * High school diploma. * Previous experience in sales or marketing areas is desirable. * Knowledge of social media, digital marketing, and Office suite. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Organized, proactive, and able to work in a team. * Proficiency in Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). **Additional information** REPLACING EMPLOYEE: Thais Gomes Dos Santos (TERMINATION REQUEST:RHREQ0272408\) POSITION MOP1 DEPARTMENT MOP1 Marketing Assistant Commercial and Marketing Assistant **THE LARGEST HUB OF EDUCATION AND TECHNOLOGIES FOR MEDICAL PRACTICE IN BRAZIL.** The Afya brand was born in 2019, but our story began much earlier.
