**Description:** **Education / Qualifications:** Ongoing Bachelor's degree in Theology, Pedagogy, History, Philosophy, Social Service, Psychology, or related fields. Experience in job-related activities. **Specific Knowledge:** Knowledge of pastoral work, pastoral and/or social practices, pastoral accompaniment, and project development. Monitor and assist unit managers in implementing the UBEC Group's Pastoral Guidelines within the unit. Collaborate in the ongoing formation of the educational community within the unit, so that pastoral care is developed as a structuring, personalizing, and communal theme. Assist in developing the activities and actions outlined in the Unit's Pastoral Plan, contributing to the achievement of operational objectives and area results. Support the preparation of budget forecasts and the development of materials used in pastoral activities, aiming for unity between institutional identity and mission. Support the logistics, preparation, and organization of spiritual moments and religious celebrations, as well as collaborate and encourage teacher participation in raising awareness and evangelizing efforts within the school community. Accompany and advise existing mission groups within the unit (youth groups, catechesis groups, study groups, and other groups within the educational community), fostering a vocational culture and providing management with data and outcomes from pastoral initiatives. Archive and preserve the documentation of the Pastoral Department’s records, ensuring material quality, integrity, organization, and availability to the school community. Conduct, under supervision and guidance, visits to the sick and bereaved families on behalf of the Mission Unit, promoting spiritual moments in accordance with the UBEC Group's Pastoral Guidelines. Contribute to the catechetical formation of staff and students when permitted by the local church and in line with the Unit's Pastoral Plan. Serve and guide internal and external audiences in person or via phone calls, as well as assist coordination in communication processes with the school community.
