Participate in external events aimed at prospecting new members. **Document verification:** Receive registration documents and be responsible for verifying their completeness and compliance with legal requirements and cooperative policies for account opening. **Business development:** Identify and promote new business opportunities and members for the cooperative through maintaining relationships with strategic commercial partners. #LI-JS4 #LI-JS4 **Requirements and qualifications** * **Education level:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * **Desired knowledge areas and skills:** * Knowledge of financial products and services, member-focused approach, effective communication, cooperation principles and credit cooperatives, prior experience in sales, customer service, or commercial roles, experience in negotiation and client prospecting, knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques, familiarity with acquiring markets and general payment methods * **CPA-20 certification is a plus.** ANBIMA certification adds value to your resume.
