Grow with us and **build a more prosperous society together** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Service Level Management:** Monitor service levels, reporting any non-conformities as they arise, to ensure service delivery and quality. Support IT audit activities. Support monitoring of adherence to information security policies, ensuring effective operation of information security. **Infrastructure Technical Support:** Guide employees on IT infrastructure-related queries, based on documented and validated information provided by responsible departments, aiming to ensure end-user satisfaction. Contribute technical solutions and functionalities for servers to be adopted by the Cooperative, supporting technological evolution of the environment. Participate in and execute problem and incident resolutions. Interact with product technical support teams, submitting and tracking service requests and issue resolutions. Support administration of monitoring tools to ensure full functionality and continuity of service operations. **Network Technical Support:** Guide employees on communication network-related queries, based on documented and validated information provided by responsible departments, aiming to ensure end-user satisfaction. Handle incidents and requests related to communication networks, implementing workaround actions when applicable or escalating to higher-level support teams to resolve the incident/request. **IT Solutions:** Participate in implementing operational processes for services within your area of responsibility, ensuring service quality and continuity.
