**Description:** **Education / Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy or Teaching \+ Specialization (lato sensu) in Pedagogical Coordination, School Management, or related areas \+ Master's degree in Education or related fields. **Specific Knowledge:** Pedagogical Innovation Team Leadership Management of faith-based schools Experience within educational networks Relevant job experience. Direct school operations under your responsibility in their pedagogical, pastoral, and administrative functions, ensuring compliance with the general policies and guidelines established by the UBEC Group, aiming to achieve desired objectives and improve the performance of Mission Units. Promote continuing education courses, lectures, and workshops based on monitoring academic activities, aiming to enhance the teaching and learning process and improve results in external assessments. Monitor internal and external assessment results through performance indicators, aiming to propose necessary interventions and ensure the school's strong performance. Ensure compliance with internal deadlines and regulations defined by the Institution and current legislation, aiming to guarantee the proper functioning of the Mission Unit under your management. Participate in approving the distribution of classes, lessons, and activities among teachers, validating projects, curricular matrix, adoption of textbooks and teaching materials proposed by coordinators and teachers, aiming to secure financial and pedagogical aspects for the years/segments maintained by the Unit. Ensure compliance with and execution of the budget plan, strategic planning, and action plans, in alignment with the UBEC Group's Basic Education Pedagogical Guidelines. Participate in budget planning, discussing and defining project priorities, submitting them for approval according to the Institution's calendar, as well as being responsible for adherence to the approved budget, aiming to ensure the school's sustainability. Act strategically to grow and consolidate the Unit, proposing actions and initiatives for student recruitment and retention, reviewing marketing projects and actions, launching new courses and segments, and establishing partnerships and agreements, aiming to ensure the financial sustainability of the Mission Unit. Promote and conduct meetings with staff, training sessions, celebrations of festive or social events, and fulfill the school's community duties, aiming to establish continuous dialogue with the school community of the Unit under your management. Conduct market analysis and track pedagogical trends, act strategically, and establish partnerships with educational institutions, professional associations, and companies, aiming to develop projects and offer benefits to generate new revenues and enhance and diversify services provided by Mission Units. Make decisions on academic and infrastructure projects, prioritizing quality education delivery, promote and coordinate satisfaction surveys with families, and attend to the school community when necessary, aiming to identify demands and improvement needs in the teaching and learning offerings of the Mission Unit. Participate in developing institutional documents, such as: Political-Pedagogical- Pastoral Project, School Regulations, Teacher and Student Handbook, Learning Assessment System, among others. Monitor the management and development of pedagogical and administrative teams of the Unit under your supervision, together with the Institution, aiming to promote and ensure high-quality services for the educational community.
