We create spaces for authenticity. **About the Position:** **Maintenance Operator I** ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Operate natural gas plants according to technical specifications defined by the Company; * Operate, start up, shut down, and adjust compression systems and all necessary peripherals at the plant/base to meet gas quality and quantity requirements; * Inspect trailers, compressors, and boosters; * Monitor and record measurement systems to maintain equipment and integrated system efficiency standards; * Perform targeted preventive and corrective maintenance in general, aiming for uninterrupted operation; * Disassemble, restore, calibrate, adjust, and reassemble parts and components related to operations, based on technical knowledge; * Provide operational excellence area with base/plant information by completing visit and maintenance routine worksheets and reports. ***Prerequisites:*** * Currently enrolled in a Technical Program in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, Oil & Gas, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to read general measurements, and process interpretation skills. * Availability to work on a 4x4 shift schedule; * Residence within a 20 km radius of the base; * Personal transportation — fuel allowance will be provided. ***Skills:*** * Safety-oriented behavior; * Strong communication skills; * Teamwork; * Good interpersonal relationships; * Proactivity. ***This opportunity is for onsite work at GDGN’s São Francisco do Conde Base — BA***.
