This is the ideal first step toward a successful career in technology. ### **Responsibilities** * Serve as the first point of contact for low- and medium-complexity incidents, ensuring resolution within SLAs, * Analyze logs, perform basic tests, and execute scripts to diagnose root causes of issues, * Run database queries (SQL) to validate information and support analysis, * Clearly document all investigation steps and applied solutions, enriching the knowledge base, * Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to escalate complex issues and implement fixes, * Propose improvements to monitoring and support processes to increase team efficiency. ### **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory: * Prior experience or internship in IT systems support/maintenance or related area. * Solid understanding of programming logic. * Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., C#, Java, Python) for reading code and scripts. * Basic knowledge of relational databases and ability to write SQL queries. * Analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and strong problem-solving skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and business teams. * Organizational skills to handle multiple requests in a dynamic environment. Desirable: * Experience with ticket management tools (Jira, ServiceNow). * Basic understanding of networking, APIs (REST/SOAP), or operating systems (Linux/Windows). * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
