




Job Summary: Responsible for system administration and support, development and updating of corporate systems, project implementation, and programming standardization. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support and development of integrated corporate systems (ERP). 2. System improvement and integration (Protheus and others). 3. Ticket management and application of system updates. Administer systems, provide technical support, develop and update integrated corporate systems, implement projects, standardize system programming, and meet the requirements of each functional unit of the company. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide technical support to company users regarding the use of the integrated corporate system (ERP), clarifying process-related questions and ensuring information integration across functional units; * Gather requirements and analyze user-identified needs, defining the scope of IT projects while ensuring cross-departmental information integration; * Develop enhancements for the Protheus system and integrate it with other systems; * Monitor ERP system performance in real time and, if necessary, propose improvements by creating user manuals for routines, performing preventive and corrective maintenance; * Manage open tickets submitted by system users and propose solutions; * Apply system updates and manage data libraries; * Create procedures and manuals for executed routines and propose environmental improvements aligned with company standards; * Actively participate in system acceptance testing processes, ensuring solution quality and functionality; * Conduct tests to validate the efficiency and quality of developed solutions; * Prepare and adapt reports to meet the needs of Management and users; * Deliver technical training on ERP system usage procedures to support users' professional and personal development; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree preferred; * Experience in development and support of ERP systems (Protheus and RM); * Experience with databases, SQL, and Oracle; * Programming logic and languages. **Additional Information** **Location**: Belo Horizonte \- HEAD OFFICE Brasil PCH **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Bradesco health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Life insurance; * Profit-sharing program; * Gympass; * +20% vacation bonus beyond statutory requirements.
