Cost reduction and quality improvement Purchaser Position Technical Purchaser to work in the metallurgical sector; the professional will be responsible for negotiating with suppliers, preparing quotations, issuing purchase orders, and monitoring delivery schedules. - Prepare quotations and procure metal sheets, pipes, profiles, electrical and mechanical components; - Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers; - Negotiate delivery schedules, prices, and commercial terms; - Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery flow; - Maintain minimum inventory levels of raw materials and supplies; - Support engineering and production departments with technical procurement; - Continuously seek cost reduction and improvement in supplier quality.
