We are seeking a General Assistant to perform cleaning services for facilities and accessories, as well as pool maintenance. Work is carried out in accordance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards. Apply now and join our journey. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Clean and organize spaces (offices, restrooms, courtyards); * Maintain equipment, and handle loading/unloading of goods; * Perform basic inventory control; * Carry out minor repairs **Requirements and Qualifications** * Good physical condition is required, as the role frequently involves lifting weights, moving materials, and standing for extended periods. * Availability: Flexibility to work rotating shifts. * Proactivity: Ability to identify necessary tasks without constant supervision. * Teamwork: Essential for collaborating with technicians, masons, or cleaning staff. * Organization and Attention to Detail: Critical for inventory management, facility cleaning, and material organization. * Adaptability: Ability to easily switch between different tasks (loading/unloading, cleaning, gardening). * Strong Communication Skills: To report issues and understand instructions. * Familiarity with Hand Tools: Hammer, flathead and Phillips screwdrivers, universal pliers, tape measure, utility knife, and handsaw. **Additional Information** * Unimed Health Plan: (no monthly payroll deduction for the employee — co-payment model); * Bradesco Dental Plan: (payroll deduction); * Life Insurance: (no monthly payroll deduction for the employee); * Meal Allowance – R$750.00; * Chartered transportation; * Maternity Kit; * Maternity Support (for women); * TotalPass Gym Membership (optional).
