




Job Summary: Ensure safe and efficient execution of underground mining production while optimizing processes to maximize ore recovery and control costs. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support for management and integration of departments to optimize operations. 2. Focus on optimizing ore recovery and reducing dilution. 3. Identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction in mining operations. **Purpose** Ensure the safe, efficient, and plan-compliant execution of underground mining production through technical support to management, cross-departmental integration, and operational process optimization—aiming to maximize ore recovery, reduce dilution, control costs, and meet production and safety performance indicators. **Responsibilities** 1. Support the Area Manager and operational team in applying and reviewing safety controls during operations; 2. Execute the Mining Production Plan, meeting monthly plan compliance indicators. 3. Monitor vertical drilling, cable bolt installation/injection, and mining loading activities, ensuring adherence to unit procedures; 4. Identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction within the mining area; 5. Responsible for vertical drilling, with emphasis on utilization and productivity of the fandrill fleet; 6. Responsible for mining recovery and dilution performance indicators, implementing process improvements to maximize ore recovery and minimize dilution; 7. Establish interfaces with Mine Planning, Infrastructure, Maintenance, and Geology departments to support production activities; **KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS** Bachelor’s Degree – Mining Engineering Experience in Underground Mine Operations – Sublevel Stoping mining method Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Desired Qualification: Mining Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree
