Contribute to the continuous improvement of bending processes **Requirements:** Reside in Hortolândia or have easy access to it; availability for the 2nd shift when required; completed high school education — technical training in mechanics or CAM programming for CNC press brakes is a plus; proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical technical drawings; experience in tool adjustment, machine setup, and basic machine programming (preferably Sorg and GdB ESA control); experience in producing high-precision parts in metalworking or capital goods environments. **Responsibilities:** Operate CNC hydraulic press brakes with precision and safety, performing bends according to technical drawings and manufacturing plans. Perform complete machine setup (tools, fixtures, dies, and precision adjustments), optimizing changeover times and reducing downtime. Read and interpret technical drawings and bending instructions, ensuring dimensional and finish conformity. Support CNC programming with technical feedback regarding parameters, complex bends, and improvement opportunities. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production Planning and Control (PCP), Quality, and Maintenance departments, reporting anomalies and improvement suggestions. Verify part dimensions and angles using measuring instruments (calipers, squares, rulers, etc.). Ensure quality of bent parts by identifying defects and implementing preventive corrections. Proactively and collaboratively support the Manufacturing Leader, maintaining an organized and safe workplace. Meet production targets while adhering to time, quality, and safety standards. Contribute to the continuous improvement of bending processes by suggesting adjustments and standardizations.
