Job Summary: Responsible for conducting geological reconciliation for the unit, ensuring consistency among resource models, mine planning, and production results, thereby contributing to asset value maximization. Key Highlights: 1. Maximizes asset value and the reliability of geological information. 2. Performs data quality control and deviation analysis. 3. Provides technical support for unit-level decision-making. Responsible for conducting and ensuring geological reconciliation for the unit, guaranteeing consistency among geological resource models, mine planning, and actual production results. Performs data quality control, deviation analysis, and technical support for decision-making, contributing to asset value maximization and geological information reliability. **Key Responsibilities:** * Execute and monitor reconciliation processes among resource model, short-term model, and actual production (grade, tonnage, and volume); * Analyze geological and operational deviations, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions and continuous improvements to models; * Update, validate, and optimize geological and resource models, ensuring compliance with technical standards and industry best practices; * Integrate geological information with Planning, Mining, Surveying, Quality Control, and Processing Plant departments; * Ensure quality, traceability, and governance of geological and production data; * Prepare technical and managerial reconciliation reports, including critical analyses and recommendations; * Contribute to continuous improvement of estimation, grade control, and mining planning processes. **Technical Requirements:** * Degree in Geology or Geological Engineering; * Experience in geological modeling, resource estimation, and mine reconciliation in underground operations; * Proficiency in mining and geological software (e.g., Datamine, Vulcan, Leapfrog, Deswik, Surpac); * Strong foundation in geostatistics, grade control, and geological databases; * Analytical mindset, systemic vision, and strong technical communication skills.
