




Job Summary: Ensure the integrity, timeliness, and compliance of the organization’s payments by managing accounts payable and optimizing daily cash flow. Key Highlights: 1. Cash flow optimization and process improvement **Mission** Ensure the integrity, timeliness, and compliance of the organization’s payments by managing the accounts payable workflow, reconciling bank balances, and ensuring all financial obligations are properly recorded and fulfilled—optimizing daily cash flow with high standards of governance, controls, and integration with ERP systems and banks. **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform reconciliation of payment instruments (invoices, bank slips, payroll deductions, and payroll), scheduling them in the ERP system. Generate and submit payment files (remittances) to banks, verifying amounts and required approvals. Daily comparison of bank statements against internal records to identify and resolve discrepancies. Support basic treasury activities and external audit processes. Prepare and monitor payment schedules, respecting calendars, banking windows, operational priorities, and compliance requirements. Monitor bank balances, limits, accounts, fees, and operational conditions to ensure sufficient liquidity for critical obligations. Propose and implement improvements: standardization of assumptions, automation (PowerQuery/BI), ERP enhancements, and bank\-ERP integration. Support stabilization and evolution of financial processes during ERP transition (e.g., IFS Cloud). **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Production Engineering, or related fields. Experience in finance or treasury functions at medium- to large-sized enterprises, preferably in complex operational environments (e.g., mining, manufacturing, etc). **Knowledge of:** * Bank reconciliation, payment scheduling, financial controls, and governance. * Intermediate/advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PowerQuery preferred). * ERP systems (IFS Cloud preferred; SAP/Oracle considered a plus) and corporate internet banking.
